Pilloni is the clear-cut reflection of four Sardinian experiences. The Italian bar of the village upfront right off the street. The wood-fired 'Camino' is the dimly lit central experience, followed by the daylight saturated 50's style 'Terrazza' which transports you to the seaside. 'Cantina, is a wine-hued private dining experience, complete with cork flooring, vintage Sardinian masks and handmade leather pendant lights.

With inspiration drawn from the farmhouse of Sardinia and the owners’ Sardinian childhood memories, Pilloni celebrates the atmospheric art of wood-fired cooking and passion for Mediterranean wine . A honest palette consisting of region specific finishes such as Daino Reale marble and cork alongside cathedral glass and oak flooring enhance the farm to table ideology in one of Inner Brisbane’s most cultural diverse suburbs.
