ēmmē Café stands as a testament to authenticity and warmth, nestled in the bustling James Street precinct in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

The menu offers a fusion of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and North African influences, each dish crafted with care by former Greca Chef Thomas Lian Tze.

At the heart of ēmmē Café lies its central bar and kitchen, featuring a hand-sculpted concrete bar face and warm geometric acoustic panelling. Soft amber light filters through sandy-toned linen curtains, enveloping the space in a gentle glow. Tan-leather stools at the central bar offer an uninterrupted view of the bustling kitchen.

Our vision for ēmmē Café was to create an environment that honours simplicity and elegance while embracing the relaxed pace of the Queensland lifestyle.
