Clarence is a refined neighbourhood restaurant in Brisbane, offering an intimate dining experience built around honest food, fine wine, and understated sophistication. Led by a passion for seasonality and connection, Clarence celebrates the beauty of simplicity — from its ever-evolving menu to the calm confidence of its space.
Alkot Studio was engaged to bring this vision to life through a design that mirrors the restaurant’s philosophy: warm, grounded, and quietly elegant. Natural textures, curved lines, and a muted palette of stone, linen, and timber create an atmosphere that feels both contemporary and timeless. Every element — from the custom lighting to the tactile finishes — was considered to enhance the dining ritual and evoke a sense of ease and refinement.
The result is a space that feels effortless yet intentional — much like Clarence itself.
